摘  要:针对旋转机械振动信号分析困难的问题,提出一种基于樽海鞘群优化变分模态分解(SSO-VMD)和FCF的旋转机械信号分析方法。利用樽海鞘群优化变分模态分解,确定其参数,对信号进行分解,通过故障相关因子(FCF)筛选合适的IMF分量完成信号重构。经实验验证,该方法可有效去除干扰信息,实现信号的分解与重构。In order to solve the problem of vibration signal analysis of rotating machinery,a new signal analysis method based on salp swarm optimization variational mode decomposition(SSO-VMD)and fault correlation factor(FCF)was proposed.The variational modal decomposition was optimized by Salp colony,its parameters were determined,and signals were decomposed.FCF was used to screen appropriate IMF components to complete signal reconstruction.The experimental results show that this method can effectively remove the interference information and realize the signal decomposition and reconstruction.
