摘　　要：早泄目前已被认为是最常见的男性性功能障碍之一,它的发病机制十分复杂,涉及到神经、内分泌、肌肉功能、心理等多项领域。随着其病理生理机制的不断深入研究,新的治疗方法不断出现。目前针对早泄一线治疗仍以口服药物为主,但口服药物导致的耐药性及副作用明显。本文就近年来从神经调节方面治疗早泄的方法做一综述,主要包括阴茎背神经阻断术、阴茎头应用局部麻醉药物、阴茎头注射透明质酸酶、肉毒杆菌毒素注射,为临床医生在处理不同早泄患者时提供参考。Premature ejaculation is thought of as one of the most common male sexual dysfunctions,which is pathogenically very complex,involving the nervous,endocrine and muscular functions and psychology.With deeper insights into its pathophysiological mechanism,new therapies have been incessantly developed.At present,the first⁃line treatment of premature ejaculation is based on oral medication,but related drug resistance and adverse effects are evident.This review focuses on the neuromodulation therapies for premature ejaculation,including dorsal nerve block,local anesthetics,hyaluronic acid injections,and botulinum toxin,aiming to pro⁃vide some reference for the treatment of different cases of premature ejaculation.
