摘  要:为了分析不同环境条件对大岩桐花粉萌发及花粉管生长的影响,本研究以大岩桐花粉为材料,使用扫描电镜观察花粉形态,采用离体培养法研究了培养基组分、温度和HgCl_(2)处理对其花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:大岩桐花粉在10℃和35℃时花粉萌发和花粉管生长均受到抑制,萌发率和花粉管生长速度在25℃时达到最大值;花粉随着HgCl_(2)浓度的增加,形态变小,不同浓度HgCl_(2)对花粉萌发和花粉管生长有显著的影响,较低浓度的HgCl_(2)刺激花粉萌发和花粉管生长,而较高浓度的HgCl_(2)则抑制花粉管生长。In order to analyze the effects of different environmental conditions on the pollen germination and pollen tube growth of Sinningia speciosa, with Sinningia speciosa pollen as the material, the pollen morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy, and the effects of medium composition, temperatures and HgCl_(2) on pollen germination and pollen tube growth were studied by in vitro culture method. The results show that the pollen germination and pollen tube growth of Sinningia speciosa were inhibited at 10 ℃ and 35 ℃, and the germination rate and pollen tube growth peaked at 25 ℃;the pollen morphology became smaller with the increase of HgCl_(2) concentration, different concentrations of HgCl_(2) have significant effects on pollen germination and pollen tube growth. Lower concentration of HgCl_(2) stimulated pollen germination and pollen tube growth, while higher concentration of HgCl_(2) inhibited pollen tube growth.
