摘 要:以‘长春密刺黄瓜’为研究材料,浓度150 mmol/L的NaCl溶液结合不同浓度(0, 1, 2, 3, 4 mmol/L)的水杨酸(salicylic acid, SA)处理黄瓜种子进行萌发测试,并研究了SA浓度对黄瓜种子的发芽情况、幼苗根系生长情况和细胞膜透性的影响。结果表明:150 mmol/L的NaCl溶液对黄瓜种子的萌发和幼苗根系产生了明显的抑制作用,电解质渗出率高达49.35%,SA溶液处理盐胁迫下的种子的发芽率得到了明显提高,根和茎的抑制效应得到了缓解,黄瓜幼苗的电解质渗出率随着SA浓度的升高表现出先降低后升高的趋势,当SA溶液浓度为2 mmol/L时,对黄瓜种子的盐胁迫缓解效果最好,发芽率最高,发芽指数为7.81,活力指数130.16,发芽势87.85%,电解质渗出率最低为12.35%。Using ’Changchun dense thorn cucumber’ as the research material, the NaCl solution with a concentration of 150 mmol/L combined with different concentrations(0, 1, 2, 3, 4 mmol/L) of salicylic acid(SA) to treat cucumbers. The seeds were tested for germination, and the effects of SA concentration on cucumber seed germination, seedling root growth and cell membrane permeability were studied. The results showed that the 150 mmol/L NaCl solution had obvious effected on cucumber seed germination and seedling roots. The electrolyte exudation rate was as high as 49.35%. The germination rate of seeds under salt stress in SA solution treatment has been significantly improved, and the inhibitory effect of roots and stems has been alleviated. The electrolyte exudation rate of cucumber seedlings increases with the SA concentration. The increase showed the trend of first decrease and then increase. When the concentration of SA solution is 2 mmol/L, the salt stress relief effect on cucumber seeds is the best, the germination rate is the highest, the germination index is 7.81, the vitality index is 130.16, the germination potential is 87.85%, and the electrolyte, the lowest exudation rate is 12.35%.
