我国大豆进口贸易的影响及对策研究

摘　　要：大豆作为中国主要的粮食作物之一,不仅可以直接食用,还能够用于榨取豆油和提取蛋白质,大豆粕更是国内饲料植物蛋白来源的主要材料,大豆的生产加工在中国经济中有着不容小觑的地位。近年来,大豆的供需出现了紧张的态势,由于大豆库存量不足和疫情限制了粮食的进出口,中国的大豆价格持续上涨,2021年10月中国大豆市场价出现了新高308.86元/百斤。由于进口大豆的低价和高品质,中国大豆进口量持续上涨,已成为了世界上大豆进口量最大的国家,截至2020年中国累计进口大豆10.033×1010kg,中国对于进口大豆的依赖度越来越高,中国大豆进口贸易市场逐渐被外资所垄断。为改善中国大豆进口贸易状况,本研究从环境、技术、经济、政策四个方向分析了大豆进口贸易的影响因素,结合当前中国大豆的供需情况和竞争力,给出了改善中国大豆进口贸易状况的对策,力求实现中国大豆产业的健康发展。Soybean is one of the main food crops in my country. It can not only be eaten directly, but also can be used to extract soybean oil and extract protein. Soybean meal is the main source of plant protein in domestic feed.Soybean production and processing are important in my country’s economy. Staring at the status. In recent years,the supply and demand of soybeans have been tight. Due to insufficient soybean stocks and the epidemic restricting the import and export of grain, the price of soybeans in my country has continued to rise. In October 2021, the market price of soybeans in my country reached a new high of 308.86 yuan/100 kg. Due to the low price and high quality of imported soybeans, my country’s soybean imports have continued to rise, and it has become the country with the largest soybean import volume in the world. As of 2020, my country has imported a total of 10.033×1010 kg of soybeans. my country is increasingly dependent on imported soybeans. High, my country’s soybean import trade market is gradually being monopolized by foreign capital. In order to improve the status of my country’s soybean import trade, this article analyzes the factors affecting soybean import trade from the four directions of environment,technology, economy, and policy. Combined with the current supply and demand situation and competitiveness of my country’s soybeans, this article gives some suggestions for improving my country’s soybean import trade.Countermeasures, and strive to achieve the healthy development of my country’s soybean industry.
