摘　　要：针对综采工作面液压支架撤除过程中撤除作业区顶板支护效果差、待撤除支架抽架难的问题,研发了一种支护与抽架一体化液压支架撤除装备,该装备主要由回撤支架、辅助支撑装置、抽架装置等组成。回撤支架采用大移架步距,可实现一次性快速移架到位,有效解决了撤除作业区顶板反复支撑的问题;辅助支撑装置与单体液压支柱配合使用,完善了回撤作业区顶板的支护;抽架装置实现快速准确抽架到位,并可随回撤支架的前移而自动前移。该装备的研发实现了支护与抽架的一体化,明显降低了工人劳动强度,大幅度提高了综采工作面液压支架撤除的安全性和生产效率。In view of poor roof supporting effects in withdrawing operation area and the difficulty in support withdrawl during the withdrawl of hydraulic support on fully-mechanized mining work face,a kind of integrated hydraulic support withdrawing equipment was developed,which was mainly composed of withdrawing support,auxiliary supporting device and withdrawing device etc.The withdrawing support adopted large moving step to one-time move the hydraulic support in place rapidly,which effectively avoided repeated supporting to roof in withdrawing operation area;the auxiliary supporting device was applied together with the single hydraulic prop so as to improve the supporting to roof in withdrawing operation area;the withdrawing device realized rapid and accurate support withdrawal,and automatically advanced with the heading of the withdrawing support.The development of the equipment realized the integration of supporting and withdrawing,remarkably reduced the labor intensity,and greatly improved the security and productivity of the withdrawl of the hydraulic support on fully-mechanized mining work face.
