摘 要:为了提升截割臂可靠性的同时实现轻量化设计,以高巷道掘锚一体机截割臂为研究对象,应用OptiStruct软件,结合3种不同极限工况,对截割臂的结构强度进行了仿真分析。而后以截割臂为拓扑优化对象,以体积分数为约束条件,以加权柔度最小为优化目标,通过2种不同拔模方式,对截割臂进行了多工况拓扑优化。优化后的结果消除了多个应力集中点,质量减少了600kg(11.3%)。研究结果表明,产品设计前期引入拓扑优化技术,不仅可缩短项目的开发周期,同时对提高产品可靠性具有较大的意义。In order to improve the reliability of the cutting arm and realize the lightweight design at the same time,the paper took the cutting arm of the integrated tunneling and anchoring machine used in high roadway as the research object,and applied OptiStruct software to simulate and analyze the structural strength of the cutting arm in three extreme working conditions.After that,the cutting arm served as the topological optimization object,the volume fraction as the constraint condition and the minimum weighted flexibility as the optimization objective,the topological optimization of the cutting arm in various working conditions was carried out by means of two drafting modes.After optimization,multiple stress concentration points disappeared,and the mass reduced by 600 kg (11.3%).Research results showed the introduction of topological optimization technology in the early stage of product design not only shortened the development cycle of project,but was of considerable significance for improving the product reliability.
