有限元计算与应变测试法在提升机卷筒裂纹监测中的应用

摘　　要：针对某矿在提升机卷筒裂纹处增加加固钢板,原开裂部位不能目测检查,维修方案的有效性和可靠性无法及时验证的问题,依据加固后卷筒整体结构有限元计算结果,采用应变测试法对应力集中部位进行监测,验证了加固方案的可靠性,指出了为防止裂纹继续疲劳扩展或出现其他不可预知的状况,应在加固板的Mises应力和最大主应力处定期进行应变测试。Since the reinforcing steel plate had been added to original cracked location of the drum of a mine hoist,the cracked location could not be visually inspected,and the effectiveness and reliability of the reinforcement scheme failed to check in time.According to the finite element calculation results of whole reinforced drum,the strain test method was applied to monitor the stress concentration location,so as to check the reliability of the reinforcement scheme.In addition,it was indicated that in order to avoid further fatigue expansion of the crack and other unpredictable situation,periodical stress test should be carried out at Mises stress and maximum principal stress location of the reinforcing plate.
