摘 要:针对磨矿设备传统控制中出现的劳动强度大、滞后性强、稳定性差、出现故障后不能及时诊断修复等落后状况,设计并开发了基于Omron公司CJ2M PLC的磨矿设备IoT-DCS自动化系统。首先分析了PLC、DCS、IoT各自的技术特点,综合三者优越性设计出包含感知执行层、控制汇聚层、网络传输层、操作应用层4层磨矿设备IoT-DCS硬件框架;进而对各层软件设计流程与关键技术进行了详细的论述,重点讲解了PLC中加球控制、称重与加水PID算法以及套接字网络通信技术等内容;最后对该系统在选矿企业实际应用效果进行了简要的介绍。实际应用表明,该系统具有故障诊断快速、工人的劳动强低、设备控制稳定可靠等优点。In view of heavy labor intensity,strong hysteresis,poor stability and failure to diagnose and repair in time in traditional control for the grinding equipment,IoT-DCS automation system for the grinding equipment based on CJ2M PLC of Omron Company was developed.First,the technical features of PLC,DCS and IoT were analyzed individually,and then the advantages of the three were combined to design the IoT-DCS system for the grinding equipment,whose hardware frame involved four layers such as perceived execution layer,control convergence layer,network transmission layer and operation application layer.Secondly,software design process flow and key technology of each layer were discussed in detail,and the PID algorithm about ball-adding control,weighing and watering as well as Socket network communication technology were elaborated.Finally,the actual application effects of the system in concentrator were briefly introduced.Actual application showed the system was characterized by rapid fault diagnosis,low labor intensity,stable and reliable equipment control.
