摘  要:氧化铝用球磨机磨内矿浆碱性强、温度高,其工况较普通矿用球磨机更为恶劣。大型氧化铝用球磨机在使用中常出现主轴承油膜厚度不足、油温高、轴瓦寿命短,甚至烧瓦的事故;分瓣大齿轮紧固面张口,齿轮运转异响、振动大;高温碱性蒸汽外溢严重。因此在设计时必须注意与普通矿用球磨机的区别,对上述关键问题要深入研究,有针对性地进行优化设计。所设计的大型溢流型球磨机已成功应用于某氧化铝厂,并取得了较好的应用效果。The alumina slurry inside the ball mill was of strong alkalinity and high temperature,the working condition of the alumina ball mill was worse than that of the ordinary mine-used ball mill.During the service of the large-scale alumina ball mill,many issues usually occurred such as insufficient thickness of oil film of main bearing,high oil temperature and short lifespan of bearing bush even burning of bearing bush,open mouth on joint surface of split gear,abnormal operating sound and large vibration of gear;severe overflow of high-temperature alkaline steam.Therefore,the difference of the alumina ball mill with the ordinary mine-used ball mill must be noticed at the time of design,the above issues should be researched deeply,and optimization design should be carried out targetedly.The designed large-scale overflow ball mill had been successfully applied to an alumina production plant,and excellent application effects had been achieved also.
