摘 要:针对高比例新能源并网给吉林电网系统安全稳定带来的严峻挑战,考虑吉林电网现状及"十四五"期间新能源项目规划,分析电网不足并确定电网加强方案,通过国家电网规划仿真计算分析平台进行故障模拟及仿真计算,暂态稳定校验结果表明,在"十四五"规划期间任一500 kV线路发生三相永久性接地故障后,发电机在经过振荡后均能恢复平稳运行状态,对电网进行暂态稳定故障集扫描,系统均处于稳定运行状态。The high proportion of new energy grid connection brings severe challenges to system security and stability of Jilin power grid system, considering the current situation of Jilin power grid and the new energy project planning during “The Fourteenth Five Year Plan” period. This paper analyzes the shortage of power grid and determines the power grid strengthening scheme, conduct fault simulation and simulation calculation through the state grid planning simulation calculation and analysis platform. The transient stability verification results show that after three-phase permanent grounding fault of any 500 kV line during “The Fourteenth Five Year Plan” period, the generator can recover to the stable operation state after oscillation. The transient stability fault set scanning of the power grid shows that the system is in the stable operation state.
