摘 要:为更深层次地消纳风能、光能等清洁能源,实现风-光-火等多能源联合调度的经济与环境效益最大化,以超大功率蓄热电锅炉为可控负荷,同时计及火电机组的深度调节能力,提出多能源清洁优化调度方法,构建包含火电机组发电成本,弃风、弃光惩罚成本与供暖收益的整体成本最低为目标的优化调度模型。采用Matlab调用CPLEX求解模型,建立目标函数,通过四个不同案例分析蓄热电锅炉以及火电机组深度调节对调度系统的清洁能源消纳量与系统经济性的影响。算例结果表明,考虑蓄热电锅炉的消纳能力与火电机组的深度调节能力后,在保证系统安全稳定运行的同时,提高了清洁能源消纳能力,降低了系统运行成本。In order to further absorb clean energy such as wind energy and light energy in a deeper level, and maximize the economic and environmental benefits of wind-light-fire combined dispatching, a multi energy clean optimal scheduling method is proposed, taking super power thermal storage electric boiler as controllable load and considering the deep regulation ability of thermal power units. An optimal scheduling model is constructed, which includes the generation cost of thermal power units, the penalty costs of wind and light, and the minimum overall cost of operation cost and heating revenue of thermal storage electric boiler. Matlab is used to call CPLEX to solve the model and establish the objective function. Through four different cases, the influence of deep regulation of regenerative electric boiler and thermal power unit on clean energy consumption and system economy of dispatching system is analyzed. The results show that, considering the absorption capacity of the thermal storage electric boiler and the deep regulation ability of the thermal power unit, the clean energy consumption capacity is improved and the system operating cost is reduced while ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system.
