摘 要:目的:分析骨密度检查对诊断维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的影响及作用。方法:选定佛山市中医院2015年12月—2019年12月收治的96例佝偻病患者作为实验组,以及同期门诊体检的96例健康人员作为参照组,检测、对比两组腰椎正位L1-L4、股骨近端骨密度,对比实验组不同血清25-(OH)D(血清25-羟维生素D)水平腰椎正位L1-L4、股骨近端骨密度,对比实验组不同骨密度患者血清25-(OH)D。结果:实验组腰椎正位L1-L4、股骨近端骨密度均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.743、6.806,P<0.05)。血清25-(OH)D充足、中毒组腰椎正位L1-L4、股骨近端骨密度比较,差异无统计学意义(t=11.946、3.571、3.011,P>0.05);25-(OH)D缺乏组低于不足组,25-(OH)D不足组低于充足组,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.308、6.663、2.372,P<0.05)。骨密度不足组血清25-(OH)D水平低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.242,P<0.05)。结论:维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患者机体骨密度普遍较低,加强骨密度检查,可为疾病诊治提供科学的参考依据。Objective:To analyze the effect of bone mineral density(BMD)examination on the diagnosis of vitamin D deficiency rickets.Methods:96 cases of rickets patients in the hospital from December 2015 to December 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 96 healthy people in the same period of outpatient physical examination were selected as the reference group.The lumbar spine L1-L4 and proximal femoral bone mineral density of the two groups were detected and compared.Different serum 25-(OH)D(serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D)levels in the experimental group were compared with the bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebral anterior L1-L4 and proximal femur,and the serum 25-(OH)D of patients with different bone mineral density in the experimental group was compared.Results:The BMD of L1-L4 and proximal femur in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically signficant difference(t=4.743,6.806,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(t=11.946,3.571,3.011,P>0.05).The bone density of the 25-(OH)D deficiency group was lower than that of the deficiency group,and the 25-(OH)D deficiency group was lower than that of the sufficient group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.308,6.663,2.372,P<0.05).The serum 25-(OH)D level of the bone density insufficiency group was lower than that of the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.242,P<0.05).Conclusion:The BMD of patients with vitamin D deficiency rickets is generally low.Strengthening bone mineral density examination can provide scientific reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
