中药熏蒸配合牵引推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药熏蒸配合牵引推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年12月—2020年12月河南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的68例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组34例接受传统牵引治疗及手法推拿,观察组34例则在牵引推拿治疗基础上进行中药熏蒸治疗,对比两组患者神经根型颈椎病治疗效果及症状、体征改善效果。结果:观察组神经根型颈椎病治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.049,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.265,P>0.05),观察组治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.047,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前症状、体征、工作生活能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.513、0.409、0.338,P>0.05)。观察组治疗后症状、体征、工作生活能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.041、6.841、2.519,P<0.05)。结论:采取中药熏蒸配合牵引推拿方案治疗神经根型颈椎病可显著提升症状控制效果,对改善患者上肢运动功能、缓解颈部疼痛具有积极作用,具有临床应用及推广价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traction and massage in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 68 patients with radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis who were treated in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The 34 cases in the control group received traditional traction therapy and manual massage,and the 34 cases in the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment on the basis of traction massage therapy.The treatment effect and the improvement effect of symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were compared.Results:The total effective rate of radiculopathy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.049,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(t=0.265,P>0.05).The VAS score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.047,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in symptoms,signs,and work-life ability scores before treatment(t=0.513,0.409,0.338,P>0.05).The scores of symptoms,signs,and work life ability of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.041,6.841,2.519,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with traction and massage to treat radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis can significantly improve the effect of symptom control,and has a positive effect on improving the patient’s upper limb motor function and relieving neck pain.It has clinical application and promotion value.
