摘　　要：碳中和国土空间组织体系的构建,需建立在对土地集约利用内部机制和动态变化过程深刻揭示的基础之上。依托DPSIR模型构建土地低碳集约利用评价指标体系,以熵权法确定指标权重,对土地集约利用指数和DPSIR模型系统协调度进行测算并由此展开分析,以期助力低碳导向的国土空间格局构建。研究发现:(1)2009—2019年年间西安市土地低碳集约利用水平整体呈上升态势,可根据指标变化划分为四个发展阶段;(2)2013年和2016年是西安市土地集约利用面临重大考验的关键时点,政府及时有效的科学响应使得土地集约水平稳步提升,但未来仍须加强对土地低碳集约利用状态的动态监测;(3)西安市土地集约利用DPSIR模型系统协调度并未处于最佳状态,应予以重视。The establishment of a carbon-neutral national land space organization system shall be based on a profound understanding of the internal mechanism and dynamic change process of intensive land use.In this paper,based on the DPSIR model,the evaluation index system of low-carbon and intensive land use was established,and the index weight was determined by the entropy weight method.The index of intensive land use and the coordination degree of DPSIR model system were measured and analyzed in this paper,in order to help the construction of a low-carbon oriented national land space pattern.The findingswere shown as follows:(1)The overall level of low-carbon intensive land use in Xi’an city increased from 2009 to 2019,which could be divided into four development stages according to the variation of index;(2)2013 and 2016 were critical time when Xi’an faced a major test of intensive land use.The government’s timely and effective scientific response has steadily improved the level of intensive land use,but it was still necessary to strengthen the dynamic monitoring of low-carbon and intensive land use in the future.(3)The coordination degree of the DPSIR model system for of intensive land use in Xi’an city was not in its best state,which shall be paid attention to.
