摘　　要：全过程人民民主是对中国式民主形态的全新概括。全过程人民民主的形成和发展的逻辑理路体现了历史逻辑、理论逻辑、实践逻辑和系统逻辑的辩证统一。从民主的内在本质、民主的实践形式、民主的价值重心的对比来看,全过程人民民主具有显著的比较优势,实现了对西式民主的破除与超越。实现和发展全过程人民民主需要循序渐进、综合施策,应当从加强党的领导、丰富实践形式、夯实制度保障和坚守基本定位等方面探索具有可行性的实践路径。Whole-process people's democracy is a new generalization of Chinese-style democracy.The logic way of the formation and development of whole-process people's democracy reflects the dialectical unity of historical logic,theoretical logic,practical logic and system logic.From the comparison of the inherent nature of democracy,the practical form of democracy,and the focus of democracy,whole-process people's democracy has a significant comparative advantage,and has achieved the elimination and transcendence of Western-style democracy.The development and realization of the whole-process people's democracy requires step-by-step and comprehensive measures,and explores the feasible practice paths from four aspects:strengthening the party's leadership,enriching practice forms,consolidating institutional guarantees,and sticking to basic positioning.
