摘　　要：目前的电视台采访和录音中,需要大量进行语音向文字的转换服务。因此,本文设计了一款基于Vue-Electron框架设计开发的电视台字幕转换软件,便于电视台工作人员进行语音识别转字幕的操作,极大地提高了工作人员的效率。该软件采用MVVM架构、Electron-Vue框架、LowDB数据库、Node.js环境、Lodash工具库以及Fs-extra操作文件系统模块,构建可视化界面。软件功能大致可以分为两部分,即导入音视频资源与展示和字幕识别与转换。软件主界面有3大窗口,分别为文件导入窗口、音视频展示窗口、字幕识别窗口。At present, a large number of voice to text conversion services are needed in TV interview and recording. Therefore,this paper designs a TV subtitle conversion software based on Vue electron framework, which is convenient for the TV station staff to carry out the operation of voice recognition and subtitle conversion, and greatly improves the efficiency of the staff. The software adopts MVVM architecture, electron Vue framework, lowdb database and node JS environment, lodash tool library and FS extra operating file system module to build a visual interface. The software function can be roughly divided into two parts, that is, importing audio and video resources and displaying, and subtitle recognition and conversion. The main interface of the software has three windows: file import window, audio and video display window and caption recognition window.
