摘  要:随着信息技术的持续发展与应用,图书资料管理与服务信息化已经成为图书馆管理模式革新的重要方向。科研院所图书馆具有用户特定化、图书资料专业化、管理模式简易化与可塑性、科研创新性与人才培养服务性等特点,通过多维度的信息化建设可以彰显出人性化管理与服务优势,推动图书馆图书资料管理信息化建设顺利开展。因此,本文对图书资料管理工作进行了简单阐述,然后结合图书资料管理工作现状,提出了图书资料管理信息化背景下人性化创新服务的对策。With the continuous development and Application of information technology, library management and service informatization have become an important direction for library management model innovation. The library of scientific research institutes has the characteristics of user specificity, specialization of books and materials, simplicity and flexibility of management mode, scientific research innovation and serviceability of talent training. Through multi-dimensional information construction, it can demonstrate the advantages of humanized management and service. Promote the smooth development of library information management. Therefore, this article briefly describes the management of books and materials, and then combines the current situation of the management of books and materials, and puts forward the countermeasures of humanized innovative services under the background of information management of books and materials.
