摘　　要：血栓闭塞性脉管炎也称Buerger's病是造成青壮年严重下肢缺血的病因之一,致残率和截肢率极高.目前,病因尚不明确,积极的血运重建并不能改善多数患者的病情.干细胞移植治疗具有良好的组织再生和修复能力,可以通过多种途径改善下肢血供,对于患有严重并发症(如缺血性溃疡或静息痛)的患者,干细胞移植治疗可作为一种治疗手段.本文就干细胞治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的机制、常见的细胞移植类型及不同的干细胞来源移植优缺点的现状和进展进行综述.Thromboangiitis obliterans,also named as Buerger's disease,is one of the causes of severe lower limb ischemia in young adults,with extremely high disability and amputation rate.At present,the pathogenesis of the disease is unknown,and most of these patients cannot benefit from active revascularization.Stem cell transplantation has good capability of tissue regeneration and reparability,and can improve the blood supply of the lower extremities through a variety of approach.For patients with severe complications(such as ischemic ulcers or resting pain),stem cell transplantation can be considered as an alternative treatment.This article reviews the mechanism of stem cell transplantation in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans,common methods of stem cell transplantation,the current status and progress of the advantages and disadvantages of transplantation from different stem cell sources.
