摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,近年来,乳腺癌发病率的增长速度仅次于肺部恶性肿瘤,并且呈现逐渐年轻化的趋势,得益于治疗技术的发展及人们对于乳腺检查的重视、自身健康意识的提高,患者通常能得到及时治疗,但如何避免或治疗乳腺癌相关并发症仍未得到足够重视.淋巴水肿是乳腺癌治疗后最常见的并发症,一旦出现则很难治愈,会长期影响患者的生存质量.通过规范地收集、整理近年来相关文献资料,总结出可能会诱发乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的危险因素及乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿的各种干预及治疗措施,并对这些内容进行综述,以期完善临床医护人员对乳腺癌的认识,为临床决策提供参考依据,从而达到降低乳腺癌相关淋巴水肿发生率的目的,有助于临床医护人员根据患者的实际情况选择适合的干预及治疗措施.Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women. In recent years, the incidence of breast cancer has increased at a rate second only to lung malignant tumors and is gradually becoming younger. Thanks to the development of treatment and people’s emphasis on breast examination and improvement of health awareness, patients can usually receive timely treatment, but how to avoid or treat breast cancer-related complications has still not received sufficient attention. Lymphedema is the most common complication after breast cancer treatment, which is difficult to cure once it occurs and will affect the survival in the long term. Through standardized collection and collation of relevant literature in recent years, the paper summarizes the risk factors that may induce breast cancer-related lymphedema and various interventions and treatments for breast cancer-related lymphedema, and reviews these contents to improve the understanding of healthcare professionals for breast cancer and provide reference for clinical decision-making, so as to reduce the incidence of breast cancer-related lymphedema and help clinical staff select appropriate interventions and treatments according to the actual situation of patients.
