摘 要:为了优化定量分析棉/聚酯纤维/氨纶混纺织物的方法,根据新发布的国标GB/T 38015-2019《纺织品定量化学分析氨纶与某些其他纤维的混合物》设计了盐酸-硫酸法:采用20%HCl在70℃,30 min条件下溶解棉,然后用75%H_(2)SO_(4)在50℃,1 h条件下溶解氨纶,根据质量损失,求得各组分的质量分数,完成棉/聚酯纤维/氨纶混纺织物的定量分析。采用盐酸-硫酸法对10块不同规格的棉/聚酯纤维/氨纶混纺织物进行定量分析,并与传统的拆分-75%H_(2)SO_(4)法及DMF-75%H_(2)SO_(4)法进行分析比较。结果表明:20%HCl(70℃,30 min)中聚酯纤维的质量修正系数为1.00,新设计的盐酸-硫酸法切实可行,并具有操作方便、数据准确等优点。In order to optimize the method of quantitative analysis of cotton/polyester fiber/spandex blend fabric,a hydrochloric acid-sulfuric acid process was designed according to newly issued national standard Textiles-Quantitative Chemical Analysis-Mixtures of Elastane and Some Other Fibers(GB/T 38015—2019):20%HCl was used to dissolve cotton at 70℃for 30 min,and then 75%H_(2)SO_(4) was adopted to dissolve spandex at 50℃for 1 h.Next,the mass fraction of each component was obtained according to the mass loss,thus the quantitative analysis of cotton/polyester fiber/spandex blend fabric was completed.In this paper,10 different specifications of cotton/polyester fiber/spandex blend fabric were quantitatively analyzed through hydrochloric acid-sulfuric acid process,and then compared with the traditional split-75%H_(2)SO_(4) method and DMF-75%H_(2)SO_(4) method.The results revealed that the quality correction coefficient of polyester fiber in 20%HCl(70℃,30 min)was 1.00,and the newly designed hydrochloric acid-sulfuric acid process was proved to be feasible,with the advantages of easy operation and accurate data.
