摘　　要：衰老是伴随增龄而出现的机体功能衰退的过程,涉及器官、组织、细胞和分子等多个层面,呈现基因组不稳定、干细胞耗竭、细胞间通信改变等特征。全身系统性组织器官的再生能力下降易诱发机体衰老及衰老相关疾病的发生。本文揭示器官退行性变化的机制,解析衰老对器官稳态的影响,构建衡量器官健康状态的指标体系,研究干预器官衰老,以推动人类衰老与再生的基础和转化医学研究,实现衰老相关疾病的精准诊断和科学干预,提高和保障老年群体的身心健康。Aging is a whole-body functional decline process.It involves the inabilities of multiple organs,tissues,cells,and molecules.It is also featured by genome instability,stem cell exhaustion,and changes in intercellular communication.The systemic tissue and organ aging and the associated impaired tissue regeneration ability can quickly induce multiple diseases.Therefore,it is critical for managing population aging,aiming to improve and protect the physical and mental health of the elderly.It is also essential to study the mechanism of organ degeneration,analyze the impact of aging on organ homeostasis,establish an index system for organ health,and promote the translation of basic medical research.Furthermore,the early diagnosis and intervention of aging-related diseases and the development of new theories of healthy aging are of great significance to our country and the world.It is the main direction of the biomedical field and the strategic layout of science and technology.
