摘 要:针对反坦克导弹等弱发射环境弹药中引信后坐保险对超低续航过载环境难以识别的问题,提出适用于弱发射环境弹药引信带电磁锁定功能的后坐保险。该后坐保险利用了相对较大的短时发射过载和弹上电源,既可以保证平时的安全性,又可以实现预定的安全距离,使引信的设计避开了复杂的结构设计。在不增加体积的前提下,从原来的被动适应外界环境到主动选择可用的环境,拓展了后坐保险的应用范围。磁力学仿真计算和试验结果表明,该后坐保险可满足反坦克导弹、巡飞弹等超低发射/续航过载武器系统的使用要求。For the difficulty of setback in the electromechanical S&A of anti-tank missile fuze in identifying the missile's ultra-low endurance overload environment,this paper proposed a setback with electromagnetic lock function in weak launch enviroment,which took the insurance with the longer short-term emission overload and play on the power,guaranteed the security at ordinary times,and easier to achieve a predetermined safe distance,made the design of fuze design avoided the complex structure.Under the premise of not increasing the volume,the application range of setback was expanded from the original passive adaptation to the harsh environment to the active use of the harsh environment.The magnetic simulation and test results showed that the setback could meet the application requirements of anti-tank missile,cruise missile and other ultra-low endurance overload weapon systems.
