摘  要:以广州市南沙区万环东路工程路基处理为例,介绍了“塑料排水板、砂垫层结合堆载预压”施工技术,即通过在软土中打设排水板和设置水平排水系统,加快淤泥层在荷载作用下的排水固结,并通过填预压土对软基进行预压的方法,在较短时间内减少或消除淤泥层的工后沉降,提高淤泥层的抗剪强度和承载力。针对万环东路典型断面进行了为期16个月的监测,监测期间内荷载变化较为平稳,荷载值≤60 kPa;各监测点在监测期间的地表沉降累计≤1000 mm,各监测点在监测期间的沉降变化速率在前4个月存在较大波动,4个月后速率基本处于平缓状态,完全满足桥台与路堤相邻处、涵洞及综合管廊处和一般路段的要求。Soft soil foundation has high compressibility,low shear strength,large water content,large water permeability,and certain rheological properties.The bearing capacity of the foundation is far from reaching the design bearing capacity required for engineering construction.The amount of foundation settlement has caused huge safety hazards to the project.The plastic drainage board preloading method was introduced to my country in the 1990s,and the technology has been greatly developed after decades of development.This article takes the roadbed treatment of Wanqingsha Wanhuan East Road Project in Nansha District,Guangzhou City as an example.The drainage system speeds up the drainage and consolidation of the silt layer under the load,and pre-compresses the soft foundation by filling with pre-compressed soil,which reduces or eliminates the post-construction settlement of the silt layer in a short time and improves the resistance of the silt layer.Shear strength and bearing capacity.The typical section of Wanhuan East Road was monitored for 16 months.During the monitoring period,the load changed relatively smoothly,the load value was≤60kPa;the cumulative surface settlement of each monitoring point during the monitoring period was≤1000mm,and the settlement of each monitoring point during the monitoring period The rate of change fluctuates greatly in the first 4 months.After 4 months,the rate is basically flat,close to 0.0mm/d,which fully meets the requirements of adjacent bridge abutments and embankments,culverts,integrated pipe corridors,and general road sections.
