摘　　要：随着人们生活方式的变化,嗜酒者数量逐年增长,导致酒精性肝病的患病率逐渐增加,造成了巨大的社会负担。肝脏是人体负责代谢和消化的重要器官,因此保护肝脏免受损伤以及修复肝脏损伤尤为重要。中药已被广泛用于非酒精性脂肪肝病的长期治疗,但针对酒精性肝病方面的研究仍比较薄弱。综述了酒精性肝病的发病机制以及防治酒精性肝病的中药药理作用及其潜在机制,以期为酒精性肝病的防治工作以及开发新型天然保肝药物提供参考。With the changes in people’s lifestyles,the number of alcoholics has increased year by year,leading to a gradual increase in the prevalence of alcoholic liver disease,causing a huge social burden.The liver is a central organ in the body responsible for metabolism and digestion.Therefore,protecting the liver from damage and repairing liver damage are particularly important.Traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in the long-term treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,but research on alcoholic liver disease is still relatively weak.The pathogenesis of alcoholic liver injury,as well as traditional Chinese medicines used to prevent or treat alcoholic liver disease and their underlying mechanisms are reviewed in this paper,in order to provide reference for prevention and treatment of alcoholic liver disease and the development of new natural liver-protecting drugs.
