摘　　要：通过对工业废水零排放工程蒸发结晶装置(MVR)安装施工和控制系统运行期间所发生的自控仪表安装、选型及参数设置等问题的总结,分析了试运行期间蒸发室摄像监测系统液位监控画面清晰度不高、蒸发室液位实际值与显示值偏差大无法控制、蒸发室液位串级控制程序及进料流量控制阀PID参数整定及蒸发室密度无法测量等问题引起的原因并提出了解决办法。By summarizing the problems of automatic control instrument installation,type selection and parameter setting during the installation and construction of MVR and the operation of control system in industrial wastewater zero discharge project.The article analyzed the problems of low definition of liquid level monitoring picture of evaporation chamber camera monitoring system,large deviation between the actual value and the displayed value of liquid level in evaporation chamber,and uncontrollable the causes of the problems such as cascade control program of evaporation chamber liquid level,PID parameter adjustment of feed flow control valve and inability to measure the density of evaporation chamber are analyzed,and the solutions and disposal measures are put forward.
