摘 要:随着无人平台在海洋石油开发中的广泛应用,传统化学药剂供应模式存在的问题日益凸显。为了解决传统化学药剂供应模式人员劳动强度大、受海域复杂气候影响等问题;并考虑无人平台“无人、少物”的配置要求,文章提出了一种适用于海洋石油无人平台应用的化学药剂供应新模式。并以南海某无人平台为例,从基础输入、计算方法等方面给出了脐带缆中化学药剂管线尺寸及压力等级的选择,为后续无人井口平台化学药剂系统设计提供一种新思路。With the wide application of unmanned platform in offshore oil development,the problems of traditional chemical injection mode for unmanned platform have become increasingly prominent.In order to solve the problems of traditional chemicals injection mode,such as the high personnel labor intensity of traditional chemicals supplement and equipment maintenance,and the influence of complex sea climate,the configuration requirements of unmanned platform with"no man and few equipment"are considered.In this article,a new chemical injection process for offshore oil unmanned platform is proposed.Taking an unmanned platform in the South China Sea as an example,the selection of chemical pipeline size and pressure level in the umbilical is given from the aspects of basic input and calculation method,which provided a new idea for the subsequent design of chemical process system of unmanned wellhead platform.
