摘　　要：文章简述了电客车现有电热玻璃控制电路存在的安全隐患,提出可以通过电路改造有效避免风险发生,并对改造所需材料的性能及改造方案进行探讨,同时针对改造过程中可能出现的问题制定解决方案。力求在保证实现列车仅在主控端才能有效开启电热玻璃功能的前提下,在司机室电气控制柜中新增一个接触器,调整电缆连接方式来改造控制电路以满足需求,同时方便日常维护检修,兼顾司机操作及故障处理等。This article briefly described the safety hazards of the existing electric heating glass control circuit of electric buses,proposed that the risk can be effectively avoided through circuit modification,and discussed the properties of the materials required for the modification and the modification plan,and addressed the possible occurrences during the modification process.Develop solutions for your problems.On the premise of ensuring that the electric heating glass function can be effectively activated only at the main control end of the train,a contactor is added to the electric control cabinet of the cab,and the cable connection mode is adjusted to modify the control circuit to meet the demand,while facilitating daily maintenance and repair,taking into account driver operation and troubleshooting,etc.
