摘 要:为实现青海盐湖水氯镁石资源化,文章构建了一种采用喷雾热解方法生产轻质氧化镁的工艺流程,确定了关键节点参数,计算了系统的技术指标。研究表明:核心工艺流程是质量分数为85%的原料溶液升至70℃,而后喷入竖式逆流式热解炉得以分解;分解后的气态混合物经气固分离装置后,固相的氧化镁熟料经余热回收装置后进入料仓,含有氯化氢的烟气进入制酸系统;关键的核心参数和技术指标是:轻质氧化镁年产量是5万t,喷雾量是39.04 t/h,吨产品消耗天然气1625 m^(3),氯化氢流量是6946 m^(3)/h。In order to realize the resource utilization of bischofite in Qinghai Salt Lake.In this article,a process for producing light Magnesium Oxide by spray pyrolysis technology is established.The key node parameters are determined and the technical specifications of the system are calculated.The results showed that the core idea of the process flow is that the raw material is mixed with 15%free water,raised to 70℃,and then injected into the countercurrent pyrolysis furnace for decomposition.The product enters the silo through gas-solid separation and waste heat recovery devices,and the separated flue gas containing hydrogen chloride enters the acid making system;The key core parameters and technical indicators are:the annual output of light Magnesium Oxide is 50000 tons,the spray volume is 39.04 t/h,the gas consumption is 1625 m^(3)/t of product and the hydrogen chloride flow is 6946 m^(3)/h.
