摘　　要：川东北某高含硫净化厂采用复合脱硫溶剂脱除原料天然气中的硫化氢和二氧化碳,装置运行过程中,溶剂中固体悬浮物及热稳定盐不断形成,容易引发溶剂发泡、设备结垢堵塞、系统腐蚀加剧等问题。文章介绍了复合脱硫溶剂在线净化技术原理及流程,分析解决了运行过程中的问题。结合应用数据表明,复合脱硫溶剂在线净化撬装设备达到了除固体悬浮物及热稳定盐的目的,有利于脱硫溶剂的长周期运行需求。In a high sulfur purification plant in Northeast Sichuan,compound desulfurization solvent is used to remove hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide from raw natural gas.During the operation of the plant,solid suspended salts and heat stable salts in the solvent are constantly formed,which easily lead to problems such as solvent foaming,equipment scaling and blockage,and system corrosion.The principle and process of on-line purification technology of compound desulfurizing solvent are introduced,and the problems in operation are analyzed and solved.Combined with the application data,it showed that the skid mounted equipment for on-line purification of composite desulfurization solvent achieves the purpose of removing suspended salts and heat stable salts,which is conducive to the long-term operation of desulfurization solvent.
