摘 要:钾肥厂生产的氯化钾粒度小、含湿量大耗能较高、易板结、因此研究制备不同形貌和不同粒度范围的氯化钾,有利于钾肥的运输、储存,降低干燥成本,提高钾肥利用率。为解决钾肥生产中面临的诸多问题,采用低钠光卤石和水为原料制备氯化钾,氯化钾制备过程中以含湿率为单项指标,并对其含水量进行研究。文章首先通过单因素实验确定氯化钾不同形貌、氯化钾不同颗粒大小以及杂质离子对氯化钾含湿量的影响。结果表明:呈八面体形状的氯化钾含湿量最低,且粒度越大含湿量越低,Mg^(2+)含量对氯化钾含湿量影响较大,Mg^(2+)添加浓度为2.0 g/mol时氯化钾含湿率高达0.666%,生产过程中应该控制Mg^(2+)含量,可以解决工业氯化钾易板结的问题。The potassium chloride produced by potash fertilizer plant has the advantages of small particle size,high moisture content,high energy consumption and easy hardening,so the preparation of potassium chloride with different morphology and particle size range is beneficial to the transportation and storage of potash fertilizer,reduce the drying cost and improve the utilization rate of potash fertilizer.In order to solve many problems in potash fertilizer production,low-sodium carnallite and water were used as raw materials to prepare potassium chloride.Moisture content was used as a single index in the preparation process,and its water content was studied.In this article,the effects of different morphologies,particle sizes and impurity ions on the moisture content of potassium chloride were determined by single factor experiments.The results showed that the moisture content of potassium chloride in octahedral shape is the lowest,the larger the particle size is,the lower the moisture content is,and the content of Mg^(2+) has a great influence on the moisture content of potassium chloride.The content of Mg^(2+) should be controlled in the production process,which can solve the problem that industrial potassium chloride is easy to harden.
