摘 要:以TiO_(2)(P25)为载体,采用浸渍、热分解法进行CuO的负载,制备CuO/TiO_(2)复合光催化剂。采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、拉曼光谱(Raman)对样品晶相结构、微观形貌和组成进行表征。光催化实验表明,当CuO的负载量是1.0%,复合材料光催化活性最好,模拟太阳光下产氢速率为273μmol/h·g。使用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对光催化反应前后的样品进行表征分析,证明CuO发生还原反应生成微量的Cu_(2)O,提出了CuO/TiO_(2)复合催化剂光催化分解水制氢的机制。TiO_(2)(P25)was used as the substrate to be modified with CuO through a impregnation and thermal decomposition route,CuO/TiO_(2) composite photocatalysts were synthesized.The phase structure,morphology and composition of the prepared samples were characterized by the X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Raman spectroscopy.Photocatalysis experimental results showed the supreme photocatalytic activity of CuO/TiO_(2) composite photocatalysts.When loading CuO was 1.0 wt%,the hydrogen evolution rate reached 273μmol·h^(-1)·g^(-1)under irradiation of 300 W Xe lamp.The samples of photocatalytic reaction were characterized by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).the results proved that CuO reduction reaction generates a trace of Cu_(2)O.Mechanism of CuO/TiO_(2) composite photocatalytic water splitting for hydrogen evolution were established.
