摘  要:海上油田开发项目中最重要的设备为原油主机,溶解在原油中硫化氢严重影响着原油主机的安全稳定运行,进入主机的原油中硫化氢的含量不能超过2 mg/kg,陆上油田为了满足原油集输,要求原油中含硫化氢10 mg/kg~60 mg/kg,所以海上油田需要对原油进行深度脱硫化氢。文章以南海某项目为例,通过技术和经济角度对原油深度脱硫化氢技术方案进行了的对比和分析,建议采用加热器+微正压+燃料气/氮气气提方案,保证现场原油脱除硫化氢合格,以确保原油主机运行安全稳定。The most important equipment in the offshore oilfield development project is the crude oil engine generator,the hydrogen sulfide dissolved in the crude oil seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the crude oil engine generator,the content of hydrogen sulfide in the crude oil entering the engine generator cannot exceed 2 mg/kg,and the content of hydrogen sulfide in the crude oil is 10 mg/kg~60 mg/kg in the onshore oilfield in order to meet requirements of gathering and transportation.The offshore oilfield requires to deeply remove hydrogen sulfide of the crude oil.Taking a project in Nanhai as an example,this article compared and analyzed the hydrogen sulfide deeply removed in crude oil technical scheme through technical and economic perspective,and it is suggested to adopt the heater+positive pressure+fuel gas/nitrogen extraction scheme to ensure the qualified crude oil removal of hydrogen sulfide in the offshore oil field,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the crude oil engine generator.
