摘  要:因铁路沿线用地权属的路地分离,导致城区运营铁路沿线积存大量脏乱差的灰色空间和长期被人们忽视的品质低下的绿地,是存量更新和高质量交通空间治理的首要对象。京秦铁路绿廊是北京中心城区至城市副中心规划的5条景观大道之一,亟需治理和提升。研究以京秦铁路北京中心城区段沿线开放空间为对象,以铁路两侧防护绿地各向外延伸约两个街区——1 km距离的城市空间为研究范围。通过大数据结合现场调研,厘清京秦铁路北京中心城区段沿线开放空间现状;结合中心城区铁路廊道的实际,选取净化空气、吸声减噪、雨洪管理、气温调节和观赏游憩5个指标,运用物质量评估方法建构研究模型、构建京秦铁路沿线开放空间评价模型,量化分析判定现有开放空间的生态系统服务功能。研究表明:研究区域内空气净化、降低噪音处在供小于求的状态,交通产生的噪音都未能抵消,甚至相差甚远;雨洪调节以及气温调节则处于供大于求的状态,城市绿地可以有效调节雨水以及炎热天气;开放空间中公园以及广场的服务能力大致平衡。铁路沿线近铁路部分的绿地碎片化严重,且已有的碎片化绿地未与城市空间中的绿地形成有效的连接,减弱了绿地系统的生态服务功能。因此,将铁路线路两侧的消极空间改变为积极空间,以及沿京秦铁路廊道重建连续的线性绿地空间体系是非常必要的。Background:There are a large amount of dirty,messy urban space and low-quality green space along the railway resulted by the separation of land ownership between railway administration and local municipality.These negative space along the railway through the city is the primary object of stock-based regeneration and governance of high-quality traffic space.As one of 5 scenic avenues planned from the central city of Beijing to the sub-center,quality of green corridor along Beijing-Qinhuangdao Railway is necessary to be improved.Methods:This study selects linear open space from fence of railway through two blocks,about 1 km.Combined the investigation on-site and big data,this paper states the current situation of open space along the railway through the diagrams.Based on the situation of railway corridors in the central urban area,5 indicators are selected to build an open space evaluation model along the Beijing-Qinhuangdao Railway applied physical assessment method,including air purification,sound absorption and noise reduction,stormwater management,temperature regulation,and recreation.Results:(1) Combined the big data with on-site survey of open space both sides of the railway,it aims to figure out its stock and coverage types of vegetation,and then provide basic data for the governance and renewal of traffic space;(2) Considering the situation of the railway corridor in the central city,it is selected for regulation services and cultural services to evaluate ESsF of open space along Beijing-Qinhuangdao Railway.Study framework is built through 6 indicators:air purification,sound absorption and noise reduction,stormwater management,temperature regulation and recreation.Physical assessment method is applied to assess ESsF of open space along the Beijing-Qinhuangdao Railway in the central city of Beijing.(3) Research shows that the supply of air purification and noise reduction in the study area is less than demand,and the absorption of sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide,and the noise generated by traffic cannot be
