摘　　要：“材料成型工艺及模具设计”这门课程是材料成型及控制工程专业的核心专业课程,课程内容复杂,且综合性及实践性强。传统教学模式往往会使学生产生畏难情绪,学习效率低下;教师课堂授课方法单一,教学效果不佳。课题组介绍了该课程教学改革的具体方法,主要涉及课程内容优化、案例教学实施、多种教学形式的灵活运用、模具CAD/CAE技术辅助教学、配套课程网站建设等几个方面。实践证明:通过该课程教学改革及实践,提高了学生学习本门课程的积极性,获得了良好的教学效果。Material forming process and mold design is the core professional course of material forming and control engineering.The course content is complex,comprehensive and practical.However traditional teaching mode often causes students to be afraid of difficulties causing their learning efficiency to be low.The teacher’s teaching method is single and the teaching is not good.The research group introduces specific methods of teaching reform of this course,which mainly involve the optimization of course content,the implementation of case-based teaching,the flexible use of various teaching forms,mold CAD/CAE technology assisted teaching,the construction of supporting course website and so on.Practice has proved that through the teaching reform and practice of this course,students’ enthusiasm for learning this course has been improved and better teaching effects have been obtained.
