摘 要:基于田野调查与访谈,从情感劳动理论视角对其劳动过程进行研究发现,一方面,作为大学生的大学生活与学习的向导,他们被期待随时做好学生的日常生活的服务者,需投入情感全身心24小时服务学生;另一方面,作为高校实现立德树人的教育者和管理者,辅导员为了得到学生和高校的认可,需要控制对自身负面情感的表达。帮助辅导员处理好“需要的情感”和“感受的情感”之间的关系,能有效提升辅导员的管理水平和工作效率。Based on field investigation and interview,this study focuses on the labor process of college counselors from the perspective of emotional labor theory.The research finds that the emotional labor practice of college counselors includes two aspects:on the one hand,as the role of service providers for college students,they are expected to do a good job in the care of students at any time,they need to devote themselves to their emotions and serve students 24 hours a day,and become students'life and learning troubles to pour out and emotional sharing;On the other hand,in order to gain the recognition of students and colleges,as educators to achieve moral education,they need to control their negative emotions towards themselves,such as coping with work fatigue,and they choose to accept empathy disorder and feedback students'achievements to cope with fatigue to achieve their educational goals.This article also discusses the interaction of the conflict between instructors and students work behind the implicit expectation,trivial and complicated characteristics,analyzed the new era college counselors work itself may be in the college counselor in Beijing the impact of emotional labor.
