摘  要:该文以毛梾的树根、树干和树枝次生木质部为研究对象,采用石蜡切片法对其解剖学特性进行研究,结果表明:毛梾是散孔材,单管孔和复管孔并存,呈径列星散状分布,射线类型为异型射线;薄壁组织傍管型和离管型均有;树干和树枝导管具梯状穿孔板,管壁有具缘纹孔,多呈纺锤形;树根导管多呈圆柱形或鼓形,单穿孔,部分导管含有侵填体。毛梾解剖结构在不同部位的差异与各部位的功能作用和生长环境有关。Anatomical characteristics of roots,trunks and branches of Cornus walteri were studied using paraffin section method. The results showed that C. walteri was diffuse-porous wood with coexisting solitary and multiple pores,and the pores are star diffused with heterogeneous rays. There were both apotracheal and paratracheal parenchyma. Fusiform vessels in trunk and branches were contacted by scalariform perforation plates and with bordered pits in the cell wall. Cylindrical and drum-shaped vessels in tree roots were contacted by simple perforation plate and some of them contain tylosis. The differences of C. walteri anatomy in different parts have important links to their own role and growth environment.
