摘　　要：目的:讨论分析剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠采用腔内超声检查的诊断价值。方法:择取2019年4月—2021年4月自贡市第四人民医院收治的84例剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠患者为分析样本,所有患者均行腹部超声检查与腔内超声检查,对比分析具体检查结果。结果:参照病理检查结果,腔内超声诊断符合率为94.0%,显著高于腹部超声的81.0%(P<0.05)。结论:腔内超声诊断剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠临床价值突出,可在各类医疗机构中推广应用。Objective To discuss and analyze the diagnostic value of intraluminal ultrasonography in uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods 84 patients with uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section treated in Zigong Fourth People's Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as analysis samples,and all patients underwent abdominal ultrasound examination and intravascular ultrasound examination,and the specific examination results were compared and analyzed.Results According to the pathological examination results,the diagnostic coincidence rate of intraluminal ultrasound was 94.0%,which was significantly higher than 81.0%of abdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Intracavitary ultrasound is of great clinical value in the diagnosis of postoperative uterine scar pregnancy after cesarean section,which can be popularized and applied in various medical institutions.
