摘 要:随着既有线提速开行160 km/h及以上动车组,轨道长波不平顺对行车性能的影响越来越显著,而大机捣固作业过程还不能充分控制线路长波平顺性,线形几何参数恢复达不到理想效果。通过分析提速线路波长对行车性能的影响关系,提出采用70 m检测弦长、10 mm管理幅值以控制长波不平顺。结合非线性规划理论提出满足长波平顺性控制标准的优化算法,通过逐点移动70 m弦实现了敦煌铁路提速改造工程精捣方案起拨量优化,大机精捣效果表明,采用优化算法可使轨向和高低70 m弦矢高相比精捣前降低了30%~40%,全线动检TQI达到3.4以下,证明本文提出的优化算法可显著改善既有线提速线路轨道平顺性。With the speed increase of the existing lines where EMUs of 160 km/h and above run,the impact of long-wave track irregularity on the operation performance of the train is increasingly serious.However,the large machinery tamping operation cannot completely eliminate the long-wave irregularity of the track,and the recovery of the linear geometric parameters fails to achieve the desired effect.Based on the analysis of the relationship between the wavelength of the speed raising railway and the operation performance of the trainh,this paper proposed to use 70 m chord and 10 mm offset to control long-wave track irregularity.Combined with the non-linear programming theory,an optimization algorithm that controls track long-wave irregularity according to standards was proposed.By moving the 70 m chord point by point,the adjustment of track lifting and moving of the precise tamping scheme of the Dunhuang Railway speed-up reconstruction project was optimized.The effect of the precise tamping shows that the optimized algorithm can reduce the offset of 70 m chord by 30%to 40%compared with that before precise tamping,and causes the Track Quality Index(TQI)of all lines to be below 3.4,which proves that the optimization algorithm proposed in this paper can significantly improve the track regularity of existing speed raising railway.
