摘　　要：为实现连续球压痕实验教学的高效性、可视化,增强对压痕获取材料力学性能的理解,设计一种基于Matlab/APP工具的连续球压痕学习与应用平台。应用Matlab提供的APP设计工具完成计算平台的界面设计,利用回调函数实现数据的外部读取与修改功能、绘图页面与表格页面的数据交互功能。采用12Cr1MoV材料进行了平台测试,结果显示,平台计算获取的拉伸性能与传统拉伸试验结果吻合良好。In order to realize the high efficiency and visualization of experimental teaching of continuous ball indentation method,and strengthen the essential understanding of the mechanical properties of materials obtained by continuous ball indentation experiment,a virtual platform for learning and application of continuous ball indentation method is designed by Matlab/App design tool.The App design tool provided by Matlab is used to design the interface of the calculation platform.The callback function is used to realize the external reading and modification of the data,and the data interaction between the drawing page and the table page.The effectiveness of the virtual platform is verified by testing 12 Cr1 MoV steel.The result show that the tensile properties calculated by the virtual platform agree well with those obtained by traditional tensile test.
