摘　　要：晶闸管的触发特性参数是反映其性能的重要参数。现有的仪器只能测量晶闸管在第1、2、3象限的触发特性参数,难以全面表征晶闸管在4个象限的触发性能。研制的装置能够测量晶闸管分别在4个象限的触发特性参数。其中,利用选择开关组合测试标准要求的电压、电流并加载到被测晶闸管上,通过CPU调控门极电压、阳极电流;使用模/数转换器将模拟的触发特性参数信号转换成数字信号并送给CPU,由CPU计算并驱动LCD数字化显示;采用光电耦合器监测晶闸管的触发状态。利用本装置测试了3种晶闸管分别在4个象限的触发特性参数,结果符合晶闸管的导电规律,证明装置可行,适应高校教学以及部分科研单位、企业的测试需求。The trigger characteristic parameters are the most important performance parameters of the thyristors.The existing instruments can only detect the trigger characteristic parameters of the thyristors operated in the 1;,the 2;and 3;quadrants,respectively,which are difficultly to fully characterize the trigger performance in four quadrants.Herein,an apparatus that can measure the trigger characteristic parameters of the thyristors operated severally in the 1;to the 4;quadrants is designed.In the fabricated equipment,a selection switch is employed to combine the voltage and current intensity required by the test standard to apply on the device under test(DUT).A CPU chip is adopted to control the gate voltage and anode current intensity,an analog to digital converter(A/DC)is used to convert the analog signals of trigger characteristic parameters into the digital ones,the latter signals are then sent into the CPU and are calculated therein,which are then sent to be displayed on the LCD.A photoelectric coupler is utilized to monitor the operating states of the DUTs.The trigger characteristic parameters of three kinds of thyristors are measured by the designed instrument,which are consistent with the conduction laws of the thyristors.The feasibility of the equipment is hence demonstrated,which can meet the needs of teaching in universities and of measuring in some institutes and enterprises.
