摘  要:在大多数工程应用中振动现象是有害的,40%的机械故障与振动有关。为了保证ITER装置运行过程中诊断系统的安全性和稳定性,在诊断系统测试的过程中考虑在不同地板响应谱(floor response spectra,FRS)条件下的可靠性,需要对软X射线相机系统进行振动监测,监控系统振动频率和幅度的可靠性。根据振动监测标准研制基于三轴IEPE加速度传感器的振动监测系统。系统主要包括上、下位机两个部分,下位机以STM32F429IGT6作为核心处理器,实现三轴加速度传感器的数据采集和无线传输;采用LabVIEW基于TCP/IP协议编写上位机三维成像软件,实现被测物体在三维空间内的加速度、速度及位移参数的实时显示和存储,实验结果表明,位移测量分辨率达到0.1 mm。In most cases of engineering applications,vibration phenomena are harmful,and 40%of the related mechanical faults are related to the vibration.To ensure the safety and stability of the diagnostic system in the operation process of the ITER device,the reliability of the diagnostic system under different floor response spectra(FRS)conditions is necessary to be considered in the design and test process of the diagnostic system.The vibration monitoring of the soft X-ray camera system is required,and the reliability of the vibration frequency amplitude of the system should be monitored.A vibration monitoring system based on the triaxial IEPE acceleration sensor has been developed according to the vibration monitoring standard.It is mainly comprised of an upper computer and a lower computer in this system,wherein the lower computer takes STM32 F429 IGT6 as a core processor to realize data acquisition and wireless transmission of a three-axis acceleration sensor.The three-dimensional imaging software of the upper computer is developed by adopting LabVIEW based on TCP IP protocol,which makes the real-time display and storage of the acceleration,velocity and displacement parameters of the measured object in the three-dimensional space realized.It is showed by the experimental results that the accuracy of the displacement measurement reaches 0.1 mm.
