摘 要:为了使学生更系统地理解和掌握过程装备成套技术课程内容,拓展教学内容的广度和深度、延伸实验教学的时间和空间,选取甲醇制氢工艺为原型,采用Unity3D等技术开发了甲醇制氢过程装备成套技术虚拟仿真实验系统。该系统包含工艺流程设计、设备分类与选型、设备布置设计、管道应力分析、管道布置设计、装置投资估算等模块。使用该虚拟仿真实验系统,可提高学生的学习兴趣和空间构思能力,获得良好的教学效果,进而培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,还能加强学生综合素质的培养,能较好满足新工科对高素质复合型人才的培养需求。In order to enable students to understand and master the course content of“process equipment complete technology”more systematically,expand the breadth and depth of teaching content of this course,and extend the time and space of experimental teaching,a virtual simulation experimental system was developed by using Unity3 D and other technologies based on methanol hydrogen production.It includes several modules such as process design,equipment classification and selection,equipment layout design,pipeline stress analysis,pipeline layout design and equipment investment estimation.Using this virtual simulation experiment system can enhance students’interest in learning and space conception ability,so as to obtain good teaching effects,and then cultivate students’ability to solve complex engineering problems.At the same time it strengthens students’training in economics,safety,and social responsibility.It can better satisfy the demand for the cultivation of high-quality talents for the new engineering.
