中国共产党在大别山区红色金融实践的历史经验与启示

摘　　要：在大别山革命根据地,中国共产党领导金融机构深入工农群众开展业务,如成立地方银行和合作社、发行货币和流通券等,逐步探索并建立了符合中国实际情况的金融体系。红色金融是经济斗争的主要表现形式,有效支撑了革命根据地工农业与经济建设,同时为革命斗争保驾护航。回顾红色金融历史,得出以下宝贵经验:一是中国共产党的领导是红色金融的本质特征;二是马克思主义中国化是红色金融产生的理论基础;三是密切联系群众是红色金融发展的根本保证。经验启示中国社会主义金融工作要坚持党的绝对领导,坚持走中国特色发展道路,坚持根植人民、服务人民的宗旨。In the Dabie revolutionary base area,the Communist Party of China led financial institutions to go deep into the masses of workers and peasants to carry out work,such as establishing local banks and cooperatives,issuing currency and circulation certificates,etc.and gradually explored and established a financial system in line with China's actual situation.Red finance is the main form of economic struggle,which effectively supports the industrial,agricultural and economic construction in the revolutionary base areas,and escorts the revolutionary struggle.Reviewing the history of red finance,it is concluded that the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the essential feature of red finance;the Sinicization of Marxism is the theoretical basis for the emergence of red finance;close contact with the masses is the fundamental guarantee for the development of red finance.It enlightens that China's socialist financial work should adhere to the party's absolute leadership,adhere to the development path with Chinese characteristics,and adhere to the purpose of rooted in the people and serving the people.
