摘　　要：中国共产党党内协商民主是党内民主的重要形式,能充分体现党内民主的本质要求。党内协商民主以党的民主集中制为根本指导原则、以切实保障党员的民主权利为价值追求、以实现党内民主决策为基本运行方式。以理论建构为基础,系统梳理党内协商民主的百年发展历程,给我们留下了许多宝贵的经验,可以总结为:坚持民主与集中相统一,在实践中贯彻落实民主集中制;坚持权利与义务相统一,切实保障广大党员的民主权利;坚持理性与科学相统一,建立健全党内民主决策机制。Inner-party consultative democracy is the important form of inner-party democracy and reflects essential requirement of inner-party.Inner-party consultative democracy includes governing principle of democratic centralism,value pursuit of safeguarding the party members'democratic rights and basic operational method of realizing inner-party democratic decision-making.Based on this theoretical construction,we can figure out many valuable lessons by combing through a hundred years of history.First of all,uphold the unity of democracy and centralism in order to implement democratic centralism in practice.Secondly,uphold the unity of rights and obligations in order to safeguard the party members'democratic rights practically.Finally,adhere to the unity of rationality and science in order to establish and improve inner-party democracy decision-making mechanism.
