摘　　要：都市圈建设给城市轨道交通赋予新的历史使命,区域快线的建设是城市轨道交通新的发展方向。区域快线车辆运维需求有别于地铁、城际铁路,且建设执行的相关标准、规范缺少实际工程验证。通过对大兴机场线工程概况、车辆关键设备主要技术参数、车辆日常维护检修状态、轮对在线检测等在线检测设备采集数据的分析,参考车辆供应商需求、国内车辆部件的技术水平以及同行业的检修经验,优化大兴机场线车辆检修标准,提出以列检、月检为日常维护及定修、架修(A修、B修)、大修为定期检修的车辆维护检修标准,并对新的车辆检修标准下的经济效益进行分析。通过新标准的实施可有效控制车辆基地的建设规模,降低车辆运维成本、提高车辆利用率,为今后城市轨道交通的区域快线车辆基地的建设以及网络化资源共享提供理论基础。The construction of metropolitan area gives urban rail transit a new historical mission,and the construction of regional express line is the development direction of urban rail transit in the future.The demand of vehicle operation and maintenance of regional express line is different from that of subway and intercity railway,and the relevant standards and specifications of regional express line construction are lack of practical engineering verification.Based on the analysis of the general situation of Daxing Airport Line Project,the main technical parameters of key vehicle equipment,the status of routine maintenance and repair of vehicles,and the collected data of wheel-set from online detection equipment,this paper optimizes the vehicle maintenance standards of Daxing Airport Line,presents vehicle maintenance and maintenance standards,which takes train technical inspection,monthly inspection as routine maintenance and scheduled repair,and un-wheeling repair(A,B)and overhaul as regular overhaul,and analyzes the economic benefits under the new vehicle maintenance standards,with reference to the requirements of vehicle suppliers,the technical level of domestic vehicle components and the industry􀆳s experiences in maintenance.The implementation of the new standards can effectively control the construction scale of vehicle base,reduce the cost of vehicle operation and maintenance,and improve vehicle utilization rate,thus providing a theoretical basis for the construction of regional express vehicle base of urban rail transit and the network resource sharing in the future.
