摘 要:为了筛选适合云南本地种植的抗病香蕉品种,对10个国内主栽香蕉品种在云南西双版纳枯萎病病区的田间表现进行了综合评价。根据不同香蕉品种田间发病情况进行综合排名。结果表明,排名第1的品种是热科2号,具有假茎相对粗壮、叶柄和叶片最长、病毒病发病率较低等优良性状;排名第2的品种是桂蕉2号,具有假茎相对粗壮、叶柄最粗、净光合速率较大和枯萎病表现为抗性等优良性状;排名第3的品种是中蕉4号,具有假茎较粗壮、功能叶片数最多、气孔导度较大、蒸腾速率较大、叶绿素相对含量最大等优良性状。本试验得到适宜在该试验地区种植的最优品种,为香蕉栽培和育种的深入开展提供依据。In order to select disease resistant banana varieties suitable for local commercial production in Yunnan, the field performance of 10 domestic main banana varieties in the banana producing area with severe infection of Fusarium wilt in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province was comprehensively evaluated. According to the comprehensive ranking of the banana varieties, banana variety Reke 2 was ranked the first with such desirable traits as relatively thicker pseudostem, the longest petiole and leaf, and lower incidence of Fusarium wilt disease. Guijiao 2, which ranked the second, is relatively thicker in pseudostem,the thickest in petiole, higher in net photosynthetic rate and resistant to Fusarium wilt. Zhongjiao 4, ranking the third, is thick in pseudostems, the highest in number of functional leaves, higher in stomatal conductance and transpiration rate, and the highest in relative content of chlorophyll. This experiment clearly demonstrated these three banana varieties were the best varieties suitable for planting in the experimental area, which will provide a guideline for banana cultivation and breeding.
