摘  要:以乙二醇作为络合剂,尿素作为有机燃料,用低温燃烧法合成了CaYAlO_(4):Dy^(3+)白光发光荧光粉。XRD物相分析表明,材料烧结的最佳温度为800℃;不同保温时长的发光表明,合成材料无需保温;尿素的最佳用量与基质CaYAlO_(4)物质的量的比为3∶1。烧结样品为哑铃型的纳米颗粒,中间部分较细,约为20 nm;底部较粗,直径约30 nm;长约70 nm。荧光粉在近紫外具有丰富的激发谱线,最强的激发峰位于353 nm,属于Dy^(3+)的^(6)H_(15/2)→^(6)P_(7/2)跃迁。发射光谱主要由482和575 nm两条发射峰构成,分别对应于Dy^(3+)的^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(15/2)和^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(13/2)跃迁发射。Dy^(3+)的最佳掺杂浓度为0.05。在近紫外353和390 nm激发下,荧光粉发光色坐标分别为(0.320,0.363)和(0.294,0.332),是一种潜在的单掺杂白光发光LED用荧光粉。CaYAlO_(4):Dy^(3+)white luminescent phosphors were synthesized by low temperature combustion method using urea as fuel and ethylene glycol as complexing agent.The best dosage of urea was 3 times the molar amount of matrix,the best sintering temperature was 800℃and the holding time was 0 min.The phosphors were nanoparticles,dumbbell-shaped,with a bottom diameter of approximately 30 nm and a length of approximately 70 nm and the middle of the thin part of approximately 20 nm.The phosphor has rich excitation spectra in the near ultraviolet region,and the strongest excitation peak was located at 353 nm,belonging to the ^(6)H_(15/2)→^(6)H_(7/2) transition of Dy^(3+).The emission spectra mainly consisted of two emission peaks at 482 and 575 nm,corresponding to the ^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(15/2) and ^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(13/2) transitions of Dy^(3+).The optimum doping concentration of Dy^(3+)ions was 0.05.Under near-UV excitation at 353 and 390 nm,the luminescent color coordinates of the phosphors were(0.320,0.363)and(0.294,0.332)respectively,which was a potential phosphor for single-doped white LED.
