摘  要:以稀土尾矿为研究对象,采用模具成型法制备蜂窝状脱硝催化剂,考察了TiO_(2)和拟薄水铝石载体对稀土尾矿催化剂成型及催化剂脱硝性能的影响,并对成型催化剂进行SEM,XRD,BET,NH_(3)-TPD,H_(2)-TPR和原位红外等表征分析。研究结果表明:载体的种类对成型蜂窝状催化剂的活性有影响,添加拟薄水铝石载体可以提高催化剂的催化脱硝活性,脱硝效率提高了56.4%。同时拟薄水铝石分布在尾矿表面能起到吸附NH3的作用,丰富的表面孔隙结构便于NH_(3)气扩散到活性物质表面进行反应。拟薄水铝石载体在稀土尾矿表面的分散度高于TiO_(2)载体在尾矿表面的分散度,以拟薄水铝石为载体的成型蜂窝状催化剂的比表面积较以TiO_(2)为载体的催化剂更大,表面酸性位更多,氧化还原能力更强,从而具有最佳的脱硝活性。以拟薄水铝石为载体的蜂窝状成型催化剂表面存在NO的吸附物种与NH_(3)的吸附物种,在催化剂的表面存LH机制。The effect of titanium dioxide and pseudo boehmite support on the formation and denitrification performance of the catalyst was investigated.The catalyst was characterized by SEM,XRD,BET,NH_(3)-TPD,H_(2)-TPR and in-situ infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the type of support has effect on the catalytic activity of the catalyst.The addition of pseudo boehmite support can improve the catalytic activity of the catalyst,and the denitrification efficiency is increased by 56.4%.At the same time,the distribution of boehmite on the surface of tailings can play the role of adsorption of NH_(3),and the rich surface pore structure is convenient for the diffusion of NH_(3) gas to the surface of active substances for reaction.The dispersion degree of pseudo boehmite carrier on the surface of rare earth tailings is higher than that of titanium dioxide carrier.The specific surface area of the formed honeycomb catalyst with pseudo boehmite as carrier is larger than that of the catalyst with titanium dioxide as support,with more surface acid sites and stronger redox ability,Thus it has the best denitrification activity.The adsorption species of NO and NH_(3) exist on the surface of honeycomb forming catalyst supported by pseudo boehmite,and E-R mechanism and L-H mechanism exist on the surface of the catalyst.
