流动儿童管理对预防接种知晓率及疫苗接种率的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨流动儿童管理对预防接种知晓率及疫苗接种率的影响。方法选取该地区满1个月的流动儿童及其家长,共80名;其中38名儿童列为常规组接受常规管理,42例儿童列为研究组接受流动儿童管理,并对其追踪随访1年(2020年7月—2021年7月);比较两组家长预防接种知晓率、接种满意度及儿童基础免疫全程接种率、及时接种率的差异。结果经管理干预后,研究组家长接种知识总体情况掌握较好,掌握度为95.24%,高于常规组76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家长满意度为92.86%,高于常规组的73.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组儿童基础免疫全程接种情况,结果显示,两组儿童的百白破疫苗、脊灰疫苗接种率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但研究组儿童其他疫苗接种率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组儿童的疫苗及时接种率比较,研究组儿童除流脑和乙脑外,均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过积极开展流动儿童管理工作,可有效提高儿童疫苗接种的规范性、及时性和有效性,普及接种知识,提高家长对预防接种的重视程度。Objective To investigate the effect of migrant children management on awareness rate of vaccination and vaccination rate.Methods A total of 80 migrant children and their parents who were one month old in this area were selected.Among them,38 children were included in the routine group to receive routine management,and 42 children were included in the research group to receive the management of migrant children and were followed up for 1 year(July 2020 to July 2021).The differences in the awareness rate of vaccination,vaccination satisfaction,and children's basic vaccination rate and timely vaccination rate were compared between the two groups.Results After the management intervention,the parents of the research group had a good grasp of the general situation of vaccination knowledge,and the mastery rate was 95.24%higher than that of the routine group's 76.32%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the parent satisfaction of the research group was 92.86%higher than that of the routine group 73.68%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the whole course of basic immunization vaccination of children in the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference in the vaccination rate of DTP vaccine and polio vaccine between the two groups(P>0.05);however,the other vaccination rates of children in the research group were higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the timely vaccination rates of the two groups of children,except for meningitis and encephalitis B,the children's vaccination rates in the research group were all higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Actively carrying out the management of migrant children can effectively improve the standardization,timeliness and effectiveness of children's vaccination,popularize vaccination knowledge,and increase parents'attention to vaccination.
